This blog is intended to enhance the Ware Street football Sunday by promoting discussion, assigning tasks (e.g., the bringing of food and libations), informing the general public of rule changes and new punishments, highlighting outstanding performances and doling out necessary reprimands for actions unbecoming of the football Sunday standards set forth by Thomas Paine, General George S. Patton (U.S. Army-Ret.) and Tom Buhle.

Week 11 Recap and Photos

Week 11 proved to be a fairly down weekend summed up by one former Bill Swerski Superfan Award Winner Michael Carr. Carr opted to miss a crucial game for the G-Men in favor of attending a "fake purse party" (no, I am not joking) with his girlfriend. Needless to say once Carr decides to show his face 'round Football Sunday again a severe punishment will be awaiting him.

My Pick of the week has to go to Cincinatti. I hope they crush the steelers, just so we can get more great fodder from the ever-lovable Chad Johnson, who, "Suggested this week that, if he scores on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a key AFC North matchup, his choreographed celebration will be his best ever. This week, Johnson wore a Terrible Towel as a bib while eating lunch in the locker room, a clear jab at the Steelers." Personally, I use my terrible towel as a c-rag, but whatever works.
